Be kind to your body
Are you worried about the effects of the passing years, suffering from aches, pains or injuries or just feel you’re not functioning as well as you could?
You could find myofascial release will help to alleviate your problems.
What is myofascial release?
Myofascial release is a safe and effective manual therapy for the treatment of physical pain and restricted movement. It involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the fascia (soft fibrous connective tissue) to free up your body to work as intended.
How will it help me?
Releasing the fascia is a therapeutic approach to pain relief and the recovery of injury so you can move with ease and stability.
The technique can work throughout your body, including on your face to rejuvenate the skin, relax your facial muscles and help you to stay looking younger for longer.

Facials with no products!
If you have sensitive skin or are concerned about chemicals being used in the facial products, you can relax. A natural Fascial Effect™ facial doesn’t use products so, if you have sensitive skin, you don’t need to worry.
Your body in balance
Pain and tightness come from your body being out of balance. Myofascial release is a way to alleviate pain, repair injury and correct the outcomes of poor posture.
Stress makes you sick
We all know a little stress is good for us or we’d never get out of bed. But most of us are also aware that our fast paced, modern lifestyle subjects us to too much of it and it then becomes bad for us. More of the chemicals that get you moving than your body needs can poison your system. That’s why it’s important to have de-stressing strategies.
Feed your inner self
Few people eat perfect nutrition, you may like the occasional ‘junk food’ takeaway or a glass of wine or two – and why not? But what happens when you just don’t feel your best? You may be missing some of the essential minerals and vitamins your body needs to function really well.
