Your body in balance

Pain and tightness come from your body being out of balance. Myofascial release is a way to alleviate pain, repair injury and correct the outcomes of poor posture.

As you get older you’re more prone to tightness and ‘ceasing up’ of your soft tissues (muscles, tendons, ligaments and the surrounding fascia). This causes reduced flexibility and fluid movement. It’s also often a contributing factor to strain injuries.

Everybody is different – and every body is different – so treatments may include myofascial release, hot stones, cupping, aromatherapy, trigger point release or stretching. Your treatment will be bespoke to address your specific issues.
