The Fascial Effect Pain

Pain

Pain, pain, go away …

… but unlike the rhyme, with clinical massage, the aim is for it NOT to come back another day!

Of course, no massage therapy is magic, but the feedback from patients has been enormously positive. We frequently have people saying “I don’t know what you did, but my back/leg/shoulder doesn’t hurt anymore.”

The problem with pain is that you tend to modify your movement to reduce the pain. Decreased movement can cause the fascial layers to become stuck – resulting in more pain, less movement – and so the vicious circle goes on.

A series of myofascial release treatments frees it up so you can move naturally and working on the trigger points softens the tissues and reduces the pain.

Set your body free – call 07775 633798 to book your appointment.
