Desktop Neck & Shoulder workshop

Join our Zoom session to learn how to get your neck and shoulders moving.

Sitting in front of the computer or working in an unnatural position can cause neck and shoulder pain and stiffness. This workshop will show you how to get things moving and you’ll learn useful techniques and exercises to alleviate any problems caused by your day-to-day situation.

The session will last an hour, including time for questions at the end.
